1.0 Introduction

These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between Nice List Academy (“us”, “we”) and the customer (“you”), governing our downloadable digital resources and physical items (“products”, “files”, “templates” “images”). "Sites" refers to the Company's website, which can be accessed at www.nicelistacademy.com. Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.

2.0 License and Use

Digital Products are for personal use only. You are granted one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the Digital Products you have purchased through the Sites. You agree not to copy, sublicense, rent out, reproduce, redistribute, alter, modify, share with third parties, display the content publicly, or create derivative works of Digital Products. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation. A pre-printed product that is posted to you, if intended for your own personal use only.

3.0 Intellectual Property

The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

4.0 Refunds

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. However, due to the digital and personalised nature of our product, we have a limited refund policy.

  • Digital Products: Once you gain access to the digital content (such as video messages from Santa, elf tasks, or downloadable materials), we are unable to offer refunds, except in cases where the product is defective or inaccessible.
  • Personalised Items: Where the product contains personalised content,  these items are non-refundable after production. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order.

Eligibility for Refunds:

If there are any technical issues or defects with the product, please contact our team within 7 days of discovering the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue  If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of mind after accessing the product or receiving personalised content.
  • Failure to follow instructions regarding accessing digital content.
  • Purchases made more than 14 days prior without valid product defects.
